Shipping & returns

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 pm IST on a working day are packed the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, or on a Sunday, are packed the next working day. Each piece is wrapped in cotton and packed in a rigid box.

Delivery

We ship across India with a tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Remote PIN codes can take longer; if your address is not serviceable we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Shipping is ₹99 on orders below ₹2,999 and free above that. The threshold is calculated after any discount.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes for orders up to ₹10,000. The courier collects the full amount in cash. If COD is not available for your PIN code, the checkout will show prepaid only.

Tracking

When your order ships, the tracking number and carrier appear on your order page. Keep the link — it is the fastest way to check status.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused pieces in their original packaging. Write to hello@sannadhi.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us. For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.

Damaged or incorrect pieces

Photograph the box and the piece before unpacking fully, and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

International orders

We do not ship outside India yet. If you are ordering from abroad, write to us and we will quote a courier.
